Open Positions:

  • We are looking to hire enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to be the face and voice of our client’s brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various venue partners. You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as: communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback and representing the brand at events.

    To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong interest in helping people. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or a similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Our brand ambassadors will be provided with full training including product knowledge.

    Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
    Familiarizing yourself with the client
    Educating customers
    Building rapport with customers Monitoring customer feedback and retain existing costumer accounts Tracking sales metrics and reporting them to management Representing the company at local venues, events, retailors and trade shows Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times Sell and advertise our client’s products to consumers

    Brand Ambassador Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred
    Prior experience in a customer service environment
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality
    Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities for business growth.

    Lead Generation: Assist in developing and implementing strategies for lead generation, including prospecting and cold outreach.

    Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and build lasting relationships.

    Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

    Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

    Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including maintaining CRM records and managing documentation.

    Qualifications:

    Currently enrolled in a college program with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

    Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.

    Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

    Provide guidance to hiring managers on industry best practices and market trends.

    Candidate Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process.

    Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies.

    Provide insights to the team on talent availability, compensation trends, and other relevant market information.

    Interviewing and Selection:

    Conduct effective and insightful interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed and data-driven hiring decisions.

    Recruitment Marketing:

    Assist in the development of compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.

    Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in [industry or similar].

    Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
